Bold Vision,

Responsible Stewardship

Burnsville is a vibrant community, and our leaders must focus on being responsible stewards of our natural resources, caring for the dignity and humanity of our neighbors, and maximizing the impact of our local tax levy.

Building the Infrastructure for Future Generations

Effective advocacy is not about winning one vote or passing one great policy––it’s about creating relationships between decision-makers and the community, to build our awareness and capacity to participate in the decision-making process.

I believe decisions should be made by the communities closest to the policies, programs, and budget investments. Regardless of the issue––public safety, family affordability, land use, environmental sustainability, or Burnsville’s public works and infrastructure––we have the right to be on public record and share our truth.

As a City Council Member, I will support our right to engage with local government, listen to community voices, and advocate to improve the reach and responsiveness of our public programs––while preserving the character of our vibrant city.

Election Day is August 11, 2026

There are 8 candidates running for Burnsville City Council this year, but only 2 seats are up for grabs. Primary Elections will be held on Tuesday, August 11, only the top 4 candidates will continue onto the General Election on November 3, 2026.
